EDF loves: justin's nut butters

This summer I ran a challenging 92-mile relay race, called R2C, which spans the state of New Jersey, from the river to the sea. The race was hard and hot and I'm still amazed that I was able to complete it. Justin's nut butters kept me going through months of training and the 15 hour (!!!) race day. They are all natural, very tasty and come in handy packets that can be eaten on the go. Better yet, they top out at 90 calories, making them perfect for snack time. I love them spread on an Ezekial English Muffin (these are a favorite in the test kitchen) or simply straight out of the packet. We're also big fans of Justin's regular-size tubs of peanut butter, almond butter, and especially the chocolate-hazelnut butter, which is an all-natural (and trans-fat free) alternative to Nutella. It's been making a regular appearance on set for shoot-day breakfasts—it's delicious on fresh baguette or toasted bread.
